Long, long time lurker but now a new, official member. I do most of my cooking these days on two heavily modified WSMs. I've modified a 22 inch WSM; so I can grill, use all the Weber grill accessories, hang anything and smoke indirect. I do about 80% of my cooking on an 18 inch. The modified Webers allowed me to move an offset smoker/grill and a UDS along to new owners. Enjoying the thin blue.
