Hello ALL,

My name is Marco Olivo, and I am from Berthoud, Colorado (about 45 minutes north of Denver). I just purchased my first WSM (18) & am waiting for it to arrive !

I have smoked meats on larger smokers (Cook Shack, electric; Oklahoma Joe, stickburner, homemade full hog rotisserie pig roaster, & I have an unused Brinkman electric bullet style).

Looking forward to doing more bbq, and especially using the WSM because I've heard/read so many great things about it.

I am a member of the KCBS.

I have a beautiful wife of 25+ years and a beautiful teenage daughter.

I am also an active homebrewer and beer judge (BJCP - certified)

Welcome Marco! The WSM is a great machine; I'm sure you'll have a blast using it! Don't forget to share some photos of your cooks, and please feel free to share some of your beer knowledge too.
