How to get BBQ Mop clean?

I got a nice BBQ Mop for Christmas, before I use it one question. How do I get it clean once its covered in mop sauce?

I give it a good washing in dish soap and water. Make sure you get all the soap rinsed out then Put it in boiling water for a few minutes.

Seems to work out for me.

I get my cotton mops at AlliedKenco.com for about $1.65 each. To clean, they're soaked in hot soapy water and then rinsed thoroughly.

I get disposable mops at Meijer grocery store. For a 1.50 each its almost not worth trying to clean them?

I agree with Tim, Wal-Mart even carries BBQ Mops now. If it costs under a buck, I'm not too fired up to clean it.

I have used mops for years. I rinse them in hot water and pop them into the dishwasher. After the dishwasher let them dry out.
