Has anyone purchased this video? "How-To Barbecue Shoulder with Chris Lilly"
If so is it worth the price or could I find all I need here on this board and same the $$$s?

I would want to know what all is on it before I would sink any $$ into it. How much is it? As you mentioned, there is a lot of great info here to be had. I saw him on TV during one of the Comps he was in, may have been Memphis in May, and he explained a lot of things there. I should have recorded it! I have spent 10-20 bucks on books about Qing, and didn't regret it, so I would say do what YOU want to do.

I bought the video a few years ago just before going to MIM. Studied it and cooked using Chris methods, finished second out of 182 teams. The only team to finish ahead of me was Big Bob Gibson.
Chris is one of the top pork cooks in the country, you will not be sorry if you spend the money. The only thing better would be cooking with Chris.
