How to Cook / Prepare Costo Ribs

I use Harry Soo's method/recipe with my smokers. My favorites by a slim margin are Costco's Loin Back Ribs. Close are Costco's St. Louis Cut.

You can't go wrong with either.

step 1: remove grate

step 2: pour in lighted charcoal from your charcoal starter

Put the grate back on & then the ribs & then do the 3/2/1 method.

....all joking aside, stay indirect - I used to use a cookie sheet on the lower grate as a heat shield & cook on the warming rack. I never had much luck with gas but I never had a nice gas grill.
