How to clean handle

Hi,
Would appreciate some suggestions for cleaning. removing built in grime from Silver B handle/ I tried Simple Green, and Weber cleaner to no avail. Any way of getting it to look new(other than buying a new one)? One thought I had was diluting some bleach and soaking some small towels and wraping them around the handle for a couple hours??? George, some #0000 steel wool and straight bleach does the trick 90% of the time. I do that on all my rehab grills and it works great. Then, you will want to put some type of vinyl protectant on them to bring back the rich color. I use Aerospace 303 protectant, but you can use any automotive type vinyl protectant such as Armor All. Some even use a light coating of vegetable oil.

Yah, it usually does. I have only had a couple knobs and handles that I couldn't clean up with bleach.
