The concrete blocks that they use to build this pit show that they would be easy to use for a WSM windbreak when needed.

Maybe when people see this and how easy it is to build, there might be more who are ready to try a whole hog on their own.

Not sure how much use I would get out of it but it sure is cool!!

I think a 50 gallon drum and an UDS would be more practical for me but this seemed like a good platform or base to build on. The pics on the link hinted towards some changes I'd already considered... Just food for thought.

I had a few friends with a welding shop that had one of those in the back but I never saw it used.
