I've cooked a brisket, two Boston Butts and a turkey breast for tonight. I cooked the brisket and turkey yesterday and they are in the 'fridge. The pork cooked a lot faster than I thought, and I pulled it off at about 7:30 a.m. It is in a cooler wrapped in towels right now. I have to drive it about an hour and dinner is at 6:00 p.m. How should I store it until then?
