R Ray Crick TVWBB Emerald Member Nov 5, 2012 #3 Robert, Last turkey I did was 23 lbs. Due to the size, I cooked the thighs and legs on the bottom grate. Not as pretty to serve but everything turned out well as I removed the breast about 10 minutes sooner than the thigh pieces. Ray
