Ok. Here's the scoop...I just got talked into cooking for up to 18 families. The meals have to be freezable, and will all be dispersed from a central location on the same evening. My wife, knowing how much I love to Q, suggested pulled pork. So my question is, how much pulled pork should I plan on for a family of 4/6 people? Thanks in advance,
