We're going camping this weekend and I'm bring my the WSM. We went camping a couple of weeks ago and I brought the WSM and did 3 racks of ribs. I was the hit of the campsite.
This weekend we're going camping and I was thinking of doing chicken, just 'cause it's something different and to be honest it's cheaper.
So, I'll be feeding 6 adults and 5 kids. Is it possible to do 2 whole (small to medium) chickens beer-can style on the top rack and then butterfly another one and cook that one on the bottom grill? If so, do I have to worry aboout the juices from the chicken on the top grill flowing onto the bottom chicken.
As always, any advice is always appreciated.
