Anyways, I haven't quit Q'n for a second and miss you guys.

How many butts can you get in a WSM and how?

I just did 4 large butts about 41,lbs. But I was wondering that same ?? just how could you get more on

With a modified Williams-Sonoma rib rack I can get six on. Over 50 lbs of meat.

Three 7-8 pounders is all I can fit on one rack, so I'd say around 42-48 pounds on a stock WSM. If you do the third rack mod, you should be able to fit nine butts, or 63-72 pounds.

Three on a rack will be touching at first, but not after they cook a while and shrink a bit.
