Hey Folk's, How many butterflied chickens have you been able to fit in the WSM. I wanna try and put 2 on each rack. Will all be able to get done at the same time? Thanks
The typical 4-pounders should be no problem to fit 4 total. Switch top and bottom birds midway to even out cooking. If you cook high (325-350*) with a dry pan, switching may not be necessary because of the heat radiating from the dry pan.
