How Long Will Your EX6 Feed Pellets On It’s Own


 
Just did a pork butt. One hour smoke boost, 13 hours at 225, and then 40 minutes at 400. Went through about 20 pounds of pellets.
 
I could try the thermometer, but just by the heat I felt from it I think it was running at the right temp. Took me 12 hours to cook a 3.81 pound brisket yesterday, had it set to 225, then 250 and 275. I would think if it was running too hot it wouldn’t have taken as long? Just my thinking though...
