How Long to Marinade?

After getting the okay to inject my picnics with marinade from you guys. I forgot to ask how long? I am doing it with "Stubbs Pork Marinade" and was thinking about 24 hours? I am doing 4 8lbers. Is that too long? Or would over night be better? It is not a very strong marinade. Thanks again for all of the great advice and help.

Overnight is plenty. The marinade is already inside the meat so you could actually cook it immediately.

Most times at contests, the butt is injected and must be cooked immediately to be able to turn-in on time.

Okay, I will just do it as I put it on the smoker. No sense in unwrapping the meat injecting it and wrapping it back up again, huh? Thanks again for the help.
