Robert W TVWBB Fan Jul 20, 2007 #2 The "Cooking Topics" section under "Other Meats" "Fatties, Hot Dogs, Luncheon Meats & More" says "Cook in the WSM at 225-250° for 3-4 hours, or 300-350° for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. There's no need to turn or baste the sausage." Bob W.
