Hi all,

Is it possible to pull pork after refridgeration for and event the next day or must you pull it while it is hot?

It will be much more difficult and inefficient to attempt to pull the pork after refrigeration. You can, of course, refrigerate the entire butt, reheat, and then pull and that may be what your're referring to. However I would recommend pulling, refrigerating in HD zip lock bags and then reheating.
