Hottest Pepper In The World.

Be careful removing contact lenses after handling peppers.

A baking soda paste mixed with a little milk will cleanse fingertips

I made that mistake ONCE (the taking a pee mistake). Whoooo boy was that ever an "adventure" :D
Yeah, I was stacking cores and got some battery acid on my hands
I went to use the restroom afterwards, figuring that I was going to wash my hands after anyway, so I went ahead and TCB
About an hour later was when the burning and itching started and I had to find a restroom with paper towels and not an air dryer

We’re in New Jersey visiting my dad for his 93rd birthday
We stopped just north of Richmond, VA to spend the night
I had a “helper” yesterday morning while I was u honking my camper!IMG_3643.jpegIMG_5001.jpeg
Very friendly, not enough to let us pet him, but he stayed pretty close
He followed me around the camper several times and even went underneath to come “assist”

I subscribed to a "Hot sauce of the month" offer from a hot sauce store once. It was great. They would select 2 different sauces every month and mail them to me. I subscribed for a 3 month package. The sauces range in heat levels from the superhots to fairly medium range. It certainly got me trying sauces that I would not have selected myself. It was very educational and tasty.

Sorry but IMO once it gets much hotter than good ol Tobasco sauce about all you can do is burn, and MAYBE discern sweet, salt or acid. Beyond that I taste nothing. It's just "heat" to me. And that I avoid.

In my younger days I was a fire eater but not anymore. If I use anything hotter than a Jalapeño, I remove the innards. Still love the flavor but my gut can't take the heat.

Out son gave us a variety 4 pack of Melinda's hot sauces about 3 years ago. The jalapeno one went quickly, the habanero took some time longer, we have been working on the ghost pepper one for almost 2 years. We can only use a drop or 2 in a dish. I think our favorite is someplace between jalapeno and habanero.
