Decided to cook a Ham. Picked out a Spiral Sliced Cured Ham.

Mixed up Brown Sugar, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Ginger, Smoked Paprika

At 1 1/2 hours I applied more rub. I spritzed with Pineapple Juice. The Ham was so hot the spritz melted the brown sugar rub & formed a glaze. I cooked 30 more minutes then brushed my Honey Glaze on it. It consisted of Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Brown Sugar & Honey. Cooked another 30 mins are so till sauce caramelized

The combination of flavors, Nutmeg, Ginger, Cinnamon, Smoked Paprika, Brown Sugar, Pineapple Juice, The Honey Glaze the Apple Wood literally made the flavors explode in my mouth. By far the best thing I've ever cooked. I'm rarely impressed on anything I cook but today I knocked this one out of the park. Thanks for looking.

You definitely went the extra mile with that ham, Kemper. Cool technique seasoning each individual slice. All your side dishes look incredible too.

Kemper, did you roast chestnuts over an open fire too? All kidding aside, that is a magnificent looking cook. That ham is gorgeous and the sides look wonderful. You put a tremendous amount of work and effort in your meals and it sure is displayed in this post.

Thank you Cliff. Coming from you that's a huge compliment

Nice looking meal! It looks like you took the hams flavore from 5 to 10. It also looks like you got a nice bark! Were you pleased with the taste and texture?

for a pre-cooked ham ( as most are at my supermarket,) I only go to 120. It has already been cooked, you just need to warm it back up. Makes for a much juicer ham.

WOW!!! Kemper that ham is to die for awesome job. Sides are perfect, just one fantastic meal.
