Homemade pig salt: REVISED
This recipe for PIG SALT was sent to me by good friend and TVWBB member Brian Dahl.
Some joint in his neck of the woods use to make it and sell it, Brian sent me a package of the original and I fell in love with the stuff.
Unfortunately, the original, as much as I know, is no longer available, but Brian found this recipe that comes pretty close to it.
AKA: Puerto Rican Pig Powder.
1/3 coarse salt
2T freshly ground white pepper
2T freshly ground black pepper
2T dried parsley
1½T ground cumin
1T dried oregano
1T garlic powder
1T onion powder
