Wife's out of town and this has been listed for awhile. Not sure how she'll feel about it if she returns and I have yet another grill in the garage along with that Summit. But this looks like a nice deal and perhaps a quick and easy flip. Please talk me out of it......

If the frame is good, that does look like a good flipping candidate. However, you will notice that it is plumbed for natural gas. Not nearly as many people are looking for NG as they are LP, so it might be a tougher flip in that regard.

If you have a propane manifold and tank scale lying around, that might be a nice flip.
