Anyone know what J4 is used for (labeled CSW on HM 4.1)? It's mapped to ground and G24 on the rPI gpio header.

CSW - Config Switch
Once there is software support for it, you can hook a SPST toggle switch to here and the idea is that it will allow you to switch between two LinkMeter configurations. Something like AP mode vs Wifi Client mode or whichever.
