I didn't see this posted before but the History Channel series The Food That Built America has a new episode about the the emergence of grilling in America that appears to include George Stephens development of the kettle grill. I'm looking forward to it.

History Channel has an app. There maybe a fee to avoid commercials

It was a really good episode. They also did Ford, I mean Kingsford charcoal in that episode.

I love that show and we tend to watch it when they go back to back to back. The cereal and fast food episodes were also very good.

It was a good episode, as the majority of them are. I do wish that they had spent a little more time on what Stephens did and a bit less on Henry . . .
