Higher Temp Chicken cook times?

So if I'm cooking thighs and breasts 275-325
any rough ideas on the cook times? My untested guess would be 60-90 mins.
Hints help?

If we tell you that, it's going to be easier for you to compete, aren't suppose to keep you guessing?
Your times good for white meat, maybe a little longer for dark meat, maybe.

Might be ok. We cook ours between 300-400 for about 60-90 minutes.

Hi John,
Here's my unadulterated, non competitor, opinion.
It will somewhat depend on how you handle them prior to cooking. Brine or marinade?
But, I think you need to go, either higher or lower for good chicken.
225 four hours thighs/quarters
225 5 1/2 hours halves

Otherwise halves, in 60 minutes
