Hi all long time lurker first time poster. First I would like to say thanks for the wealth of information, recipes, and mods all of which I've enjoyed since finding this sight two years ago. Hope i can add some helpful information. I've been using Weber grills gas and charcoal for over ten years and had my 18" Smokey mountain smoker for about two years now and love smoking and grilling. My new venture this year has been cold smoking mods.
