Good afternoon all! Just checking in from Western Mass. Been making real BBQ for about 7 years now. I had a Smoke Vault gas smoker for 5 years. 2 years ago I bought a WSM. I used it only a couple times as my Smoke Vault was at my camp and I was there most weekends. BIG MISTAKE!! Anyway I have a WSM 22, 22" Preformer, 22" Kettle, 18" Kettle and a Smokey Joe to round things out! Looking forward to learning more tricks on here! Thanks for the add!!
