Hi all. I'm a long time griller and newbie smoker. Going for my first cook on my new 18.5 WSM today. Have some beef ribs read to go. I've been reading tips on the forum. Lots of good info. Wish me luck!!

Thanks for the welcomes. Cook went well, but will make some changes next time I do beef ribs. WSM is such a pleasure to use. Will post pics today.
