New member here checking in from Pembroke Pines FL.
I have been a longtime lurker on the site and decided to join.
I have a Weber Smokey Joe and 2 blue Performers from the plastic table generation. I purchased one in 2005 and the other in 2008. They are twins! I initially wanted a SS performer, but when I bought my first one, I think they had just made the switch to the new model. I like it a lot, due to the revised gas assist....not having to lift the table.
Anyway, I also also have a smokenator, which i have used several times, most successfully with spareribs.
Thinking about getting one of the new small sized WSMs.
Anyway, just saying hi!
If anyone is in the area, be fun to talk grills.
