Hi all, Long time lurker but finally decided to join the community! My wife and I run two last generation Genesis grills (ep-310 and ep-330) that we have enjoyed tremendously since buying the first one in 2015. The ep-310 we have set up with the (unfortunately now discontinued!) 7563 smoker that has made some amazing low-and-slow while the 330 is capable of some equally amazing high heat steak and fish cooking. So glad for these wonderful cooking tools and such a great forum like this to support them!
