I purchased a WSM 22" just before the fourth. Cooked up some ribs and chicken quarters. They came out great.
I just bought a 13 lbs brisket for my second cook. Going to use salt & pepper for seasoning and cook it up.
Thanks for this forum and all the Intel I was able to gather for allowing me to feel I can pull this off.:)
