I have had a Smokey Joe Silver for 20 years. Recently I saw on you-tube people converting them in to Smokey Joe smokers with a tamale pot. So I set out 3 weeks ago to make one.
It worked out well. My first smoke was a tri tip that turned out to bet the juiciest Tri tip I have ever had. This last weekend I decide to make baby back ribs. Well those did not turn out
so well. They came out dry. I will get the hang of it though. Just need practice.;
