Sooooooo what is it with cool guys named Mike from Minnesota?????? Welcome Mikey... Did you do any grilling last night when we hit -10?????
 
Nope. That was even too cold for me. My cut off is around 15 degrees. Anything above that and I am good. I do plan on firing the smoker Thursday hopefully. Waiting on some install parts to arrive from Weber. Not all hardware made it into the box. Timing was ok with me. :)
