Good afternoon everyone!

I will be picking up a new to me WSM 18.5" on May 10th. I have begun the wonderful process of reading and learning and bugging the crap out of my neighbour (he uses a UDS). Next on the list is to either build or buy a chimney starter and to decide on a thermometer.

I look forward to participating here and learning all I can :-)

Welcome Andrew. Your going to love that 18.5. Matt is correct, there is a lot of great info here and some very knowledgeable and helpful folks.

My Maverick ET-733 has been ordered, and I will be picking up the Weber Chimney this week. I can't wait to get some meat on the WSM and see what happens :)
