I am going to the Ham Jam on Friday in the afternoon...if I don't catch you there make sure you hook up and at least meet with BBQ judge Tom Lowe (he is active on the Cookshack BBQ Forum) and his lovely wife Barbara...these folks know EVERYTHING about BBQ and are just wonderful. Tom's very active with the Florida BBQ Association whom I beleive you got to meet quite a few members at the Brooksville contest.
