Herbed Lamb Rack

Hi Folks, we had two fresh lamb racks - herbs & garlic added cooked em on my offset with lump either side.......and a little underneath just enough for the flames to lick at the fat dripping now and again.....without burning them to bits!

Sorry No action pics we was in the pool at the time while this was cooking and had a storm happening.......end of summer fun (sorry...i know a lot of u poor guys are still shivering with end of winter!)

Racks cut in half for four of us......hope pics look ok, cheers
