Herb and Citrus Turkey Burgers

This sounds like a good meal to have while we still have some Summer left.

Herb and Citrus Turkey Burgers

1 lb. ground turkey
2 TB. minced fresh basil
1 TB. minced fresh sage
1 TB. thawed orange juice concentrate, undiluted
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Divide turkey mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2" thick patty.

Prepare grill.

Place patties on grill rack; grill 7 minutes on each side or until done.
