Help with thawing/cooking turkey's...

Hello all,


I've so far only used my WSM for smoked salmon(Delicious!!). I want to barbecue up some turkey's tommorrow for my parents(Dad's birthday). I have a couple 8-10lb'er butterballs but they are currently froze. How can I thaw them in time? Then, how do I cook them? All I have for smoke is applewood, hickory, mesquite, and red oak.... I know there was a recipe somewhere on the site but it eludes me....Thanks for your help...
