Help with failed Spirit 315 conversion?

Fell for a dumb video saying how easy these were to convert. Bought a conversion kit and of course, it works…but only at super high temp even on low. It’s a nice grill and I’m too invested to turn back now. Do I need a replacement entire manifold? Or, can I get away with just swapping out the 3 burner valve controls. My grill is a 2015 SPIRIT S-315 NG SS US/CA.

A replacement manifold would be ideal unless you can source the proper valves. You may also need a regulator and hose as well as a tank scale/holder.

I replaced the hose, regulator and orifices. Here’s what I was thinking about buying instead of the manifold. They say NG or LP

I don't see how those will work any better than what you've done. The valves themselves are very different between NG and LP. I think you should find the proper LP manifold for that grill.

I appreciate your advice and will take it.
Is it the spool in the manifold that makes the difference? Or, are there more parts to the manifold that will be different for LP compared to NG? Had a lot of fun taking this apart a learning about it.

Yes, the spools in the valves are different as well as the orifices.
