Help With Durawood Slat Rails

OK, so I have reached the point where advancing rust on the bottom rails of my 1997 Genesis 2000 are
rusting out. The Durawood slats are OK, but looking for replacements for the side rails which are 17 and 1/2
in length. Has anyone solved this and could point me to an online location for hardware that could replace
those side rails? Similar problem with top left and right Durawood side tables, but not as bad as the bottom.
Tks....also interested in photos from anyone who has just replaced with wood slats...tks
