Today I'm doing the first boston butt on my new 18.5 WSM. Put two totaling about 18 lbs. last night at 10:30 figuring on taking them off at about 1PM. I tried to turn the one on the top grate at about 9:30 AM and it fell apart. Checked the temp and it's already at 200! Should I take them off and plan to reheat later?
Help! What should I do?

Foil them, wrap them in towels and put them in a cooler. They will stay hot for hours.

Nope you should be fine. It will help if you heat the cooler with hot water first should hold for 4-6 hrs no problem.

When you take the foil off save the drippings and add it back in when you pull the pork or add it to your sauce depending on what kind of sauce your using.
