O.K., thanks for your input all and consider the pp trashed. Now this is where help pt 2 come in. I've got 20 people arriving around 5:30 p.m. e.t. for dinner. I've got chicken that will be bbq'd (not smoked), brisket flats (small, thin and too much fat cut off. This will be in Help pt. 3) and assorted sides. The pulled pork was going to be the star so now I've got to come up with something else I can get fdone in time and is worthy of the day. My first inclination is ribs. Yes/no ? Something else?
