Help! accidentally froze ribs.....

last night i put 2 racks of ribs in the freezer temporarily while i made room for them in the fridge.
let's just say i got occupied with something else, and accidentally left them in there all night.
is there any way i can defrost them in the next hour or two, that isn't going to effect their taste??

If the pack is cryovac and will fit in the sink, fill it with cold water and put them in. Shouldn't take too long.

if they don't fit in the sink, put them in a cooler, preferably one with a drain spout on it. Change the cold water a couple times.

Hope they turned out OK. I froze a rack on purpose once, already rubbed, thinking I could just thaw and smoke the next weekend. They went a bit gray, and the flavor was not nearly as good as fresh.
