Hello all. It's a day late but Happy Thanksgiving. I live in SC between Spartanburg and Greenville. I just bought a WSM 22.5 and look forward to learning from all the pros on this forum and sharing my future experiences. Hopefully in time I will be able to turn out some tasty Southern bbq.
