Hi fellow BBQers, I'm Jeff and have been lurking for a bit, I just purchased a 22.5 WSM so I joined the group. So far I've done St. Louis ribs and pork butts. Both smokes turned out awesome! Mostly because of tips I took from here. I also have a 22.5 OTG with rotisserie, and a Smokey Joe. I do not own a gas grill. As Kingsford says, "Gas is for my truck, not my grill". Hahaha. Its great to see alot of kindred spirits on here. Looking foreward to chatting with you guys and gals.
