Hello all, I have been an avid Weber fan most of my adult life using the 22.5 kettle, smokey joe on tailgates and a Silver B, and fan of this forum for awhile - gathering lots of advice and knowledge to try on my 18.5 WSM that I got a little while ago. Over the last 2 months I have decided to step up my obsession, as my wife says, with trying new things (brisket, shoulders, ) that I have never attempted before - and now I am completely hooked!! I have built shelves out in the garage to house "my stuff" and "gadgets" - using sentences like - "I am real happy with this cook today, can't wait to get my cook on, etc" - and get frustrated as hell when things don't turn out like I think they should!!
This is a great site with lots of awesome info - thank you all, so I thought I would formally join and post my mistakes and photos of my cooks and "join the community formally" to obsess some more!!
