Just got the 22 for father's day. First smoke this weekend is pork butt. Any idea how long about 15 pounds will take?

It depends!
Which temp are you going to cook?
I suggest 250F.
With foil or not?
IMO, i would wrapp after some hours to speed up the cook.
Totally between 10-13 hours if wrapped.

Welcome Mark. I was just in Wisconsin last weekend. Wife and I took a trip to Milwaukee and Chicago. Weather wS about 20 degrees cooler than where were from. Looking forward to seeing what you cook up.
