Hello all,
I am not new to grilling or smoking
I have various pellet grill/smokers and even a commercial electric smoker and a large vertical charcoal smoker on order

But I am here because I recently purchased a Weber Performer Deluxe and want to learn all the capabilities of that product

Welcome to the forum Tom. This is a great place to hang out and everyone here is very friendly. Don't hesitate to ask questions. If you don't have the answer then I am sure others here won't either so you will be helping everyone, not just yourself. Congrats on that new Performer. Mine gets a lot of use.
