Hi folks! Been looking at a lot of different smoker options ever since my Bradley died and I've decided to take the plunge and get a WSM. Have a 22.5" on order and just waiting for it to show up so I can once again enjoy smoked meat goodness with the family. Part of my research led me to the forum, so I'm looking forward to exploring people's posts regarding great recipes and mod ideas.

Richard, I've spent some time in Halifax when I was in the Navy for training purposes. Miss the Lower Deck and Brothers pepperoni, among other things. Hope things are well out in your neck of the woods, all things considering.
