I've been lurking around here for about a year. Bought my Weber 18.5" SM a year ago. I'm still learning how to smoke / slow cook, I manage to turn out some edible food every now & then . Currently own a Weber Kettle, A Weber Smoky Mountain 18.5" and a Weber Genesis Propane Grill.
Make a lot of sausage in the cooler months of the year (a lot of venison sausage). If I was asked what cut of meat I favor most, it would have to be venison backstraps on the grill.
