Hi everyone,

Just wanted to drop a note saying hi and thank you to the community for all of the information. I've been lurking for a while now to help me with my first Weber purchase (Genesis EP-330) and now my second Weber, an old SS Performer (I'll be posting more about this one...).

I'm looking forward to reading more and breaking in both of these purchases. I'm throwing a turkey on the Genesis this weekend as a test for Thanksgiving.
